BOOTH APPLICATION The 34th annual Mississippi Picnic in Los Angeles will be held at Montecillio De Politi in Elysian Park this year and will take place on Saturday, September 11 from 1:00PM to 6:00 PM with entertainment, guest speakers, food, beer, plus vendor and information booths. Applications for booth space are subject to approval. Booth set-up starts at 8:00 AM. Both non-profit and for-profit vendor booth space is available. We estimate public attendance at about 500 people. Deadline for RECEIPT of Booth Application is August 12, 2010. No refunds. The majority of the booths will be located along the upper patio and green space up the hill from the bandstand. 25 booths are available. The booths are a minimum of 10’ by 15’. The Mississippi Picnic Los Angeles Committee will attempt to assign booth space according to vendor preference; however, final booth assignment will be based on vendor’s needs, and the date that the booth application is received by the Vendor Coordinator. Electricity is available on a limited basis in booths 1 through 12. Food, beer and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
Each booth fee includes 2 admissions to the Mississippi Picnic Los Angeles. The fee for the booth space covers the amount that we are being charged per booth by the City of Los Angeles and Elysian Park.
